This policy explains what personal data The Kreative Social (“we”, “us”), Chhanban Masterpara, Udaipur, Gomati district, Tripura 799120, India, collects through thekreativesocial.com and while providing our services, why we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form, message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, your message, and the page you sent the form from. If you become a client, we also hold business details, account access you grant us (for example to your social media pages or Google Business Profile), and billing details needed for invoices.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, our analytics and hosting tools collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, approximate location and how you arrived. Microsoft Clarity also records how you scroll and click on pages, with form inputs masked.
We do not have user accounts on this website and do not collect passwords or payment card details through it.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send the audit, quote or information you asked for (based on your consent when you contact us).
- To deliver services you have engaged us for, and to invoice and keep business records.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To send occasional updates or offers, only if you have agreed, with an easy way to stop.
- To keep the website secure and to meet legal obligations.
3. Tools and service providers we use
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers below, who process it on our behalf or under their own privacy policies, and with authorities where the law requires.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, the transfer is governed by the provider's own safeguards and applicable law.
4. Cookies
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies to tell visits apart and measure how the site is used. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies on this website. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
5. How long we keep data
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on your request, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of each tool, typically 14 months for Google Analytics.
6. Security
The website uses HTTPS, enquiry data is stored in access-controlled Google Workspace accounts, and client account access is granted through platform roles rather than shared passwords wherever the platform allows. No system is completely secure, and we will notify you and the relevant authority if a breach affects your data, as required by law.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, where we no longer need it or you withdraw consent;
- stop using it for marketing, at any time;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.
You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. We will reply to requests within 30 days.
8. Grievances and contact

9. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
