• SEO Services: On-page SEO, off-page SEO, link building, local SEO, technical SEO, and keyword research
• Content Writing: Blog posts, website copy, social media content, email newsletters, and SEO-optimized articles
• Video Editing: Professional editing for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, brand videos, and promotional content
• Google AdSense Approval: Website optimization and consultation for Google AdSense monetization
• Google My Business (GMB) Optimization: Local SEO and GMB profile management
• Social Media Management: End-to-end management including strategy, content, engagement, and reporting

Service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

When you engage our services, you may be required to create an account or provide information. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
• Update your information promptly if it changes

3. Payment Terms

Fees and Billing

• Service fees are outlined in your service agreement, proposal, or invoice
• Payments are due as specified (e.g., upfront, monthly, milestone-based)
• We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods
• Late payments may incur additional fees or result in service suspension
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally:

• Refunds may be provided if services have not been delivered as agreed
• Work already completed or in progress is non-refundable
• Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts, platforms, assets, and information
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Provide constructive feedback and necessary revisions promptly
• Ensure all provided content, images, and materials do not infringe on third-party rights
• Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
• Adhere to platform policies and guidelines (e.g., Facebook, Google, Instagram terms)

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment:

• Clients own the final deliverables (e.g., content, graphics, videos) created specifically for them
• The Kreative Social retains ownership of pre-existing materials, templates, processes, and methodologies
• Clients grant us permission to use completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed

Proprietary Rights

All website content, logos, graphics, and materials are the property of The Kreative Social and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private.

7. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, conversions, approvals, or uninterrupted third-party platform behavior.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to signed agreements and applicable notice periods.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant services period.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or fraudulent purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Tripura, India.
